Bifurcation of The Andhra Pradesh Tangle – A way Out
Sonia has turned apologetic in public at last. Right. Past is past but it has become irrevocable. KCR has been struggling hard to justify his theory. Chandra Babu is unhappy as his domain has dwindled. Modi has become a passive spectator. Listlessness is prevailing all over Telugu Nadu. Here is an idea that may solve the tangle.
1. Making Hyderabad a Union Territory for all Indian citizens, and a world-class city.
2. Making Warangal the capital of the Telangana state.
3. The present Andhra Pradesh state to continue as it is with Amaravati as its capital.
4. Granting Special Category Status to the state of Telangana and the state of Andhra Pradesh as well, as both stand weakened in all respects.
5. The new states to have separate Governors and high courts.
6. Distributing 60% of the income from supposed Hyderabad Union Territory to the 2 states proportionately on the basis of felt needs.

My comment may kindly be inserted at an anappropriate place that you deem right. I still maintain that Hyderabad is the KOHINOOR of the Deccan and India. Men may come and go but facts Twinlke for ever.
